We are building a coordinated community network — one that gives teen mothers comprehensive support without duplicating the services you already provide. Our goal is to grow to 20 active referral partners and 10 formal agreements over the next three years.

Identify eligible students, host workshops, and connect mothers with high school completion and scholarship support.
Healthcare providers
Hospitals and clinics help families access safe infant-care equipment, formula guidance, and early referrals.
Shelters & housing services
Coordinate short-term shelter assistance and longer-term housing pathways for young families.
Food banks & diaper banks
Reliable distribution partnerships keep essentials flowing to the families who need them most.
Businesses & civic groups
Sponsorships, supply drives, and volunteer teams power direct assistance and scholarships.
Legal aid & benefits navigators
Help mothers access public benefits, transportation, counseling, and legal support.
What partnership looks like

- ✓Aggregate-only reporting — individual families are never identified
