If you're a pregnant or parenting teen — or you know one — the Yabok Foundation offers confidential help with food, clothing, diapers, formula, safe cribs and car seats, housing-related assistance, and support finishing school.

How it works
Reach out
Contact us or ask a school counselor, nurse, or community partner to make a referral. Everything you share is confidential.
Needs assessment
We'll sit down together — in person or by phone — to understand what you and your child need most, with respect and without judgment.
Your support plan
Together we build an individualized plan: essential supplies, housing-related help, education support, and referrals to trusted services.
Ongoing follow-up
We check in around 30 and 90 days after assistance, and stay connected as your goals grow — from diapers to diplomas.
Who is eligible
The Foundation primarily serves pregnant and parenting teenagers, their infants and young children, teen mothers completing high school or an equivalency program, and eligible graduates entering college or approved vocational programs. Written eligibility requirements cover service area, age, income or hardship, and enrollment status.
Help is never conditioned on religious participation or anything unrelated to your needs. You will always be treated with dignity, compassion, and confidentiality.
